Activity: 12.05 - Complete Technology Capacity Management Process

The purpose of this activity is to ensure smooth hand over of Technology Capacity Management activities. In this activity, the Capacity Manager must capture the lessons learnt and obtain Client sign-off on the Technology Capacity Management handover activities.

In this activity, the terms and conditions for handover of Technology Capacity Management process is defined by Capacity Manager along with the Engagement Manager. The Capacity Manager must identify the key resources and define roles and responsibilities. Defining the terms and conditions of handover ensures smooth transition of Technology Capacity Management process. Technology Capacity Management Handover Report must cover all activities within technology capacity, and details of the hand over, along with timelines and resources details.

At the end of handover, Technology Capacity Management Summary is prepared which captures the lessons learnt and improvements for Technology Capacity Management process.
